Communities in Bloom Booth July 23

Good Evening Nipissing Rotarians!

We were invited by the North Bay club to participate with them in this event on Wednesday, July 23 from 6 to 9 pm. We have arranged a booth and it was agreed that we would share staffing duties with the other club. I will take care of set up and take down. We agreed to split the booth staffing into 2 shifts, with 2 Rotarians from each club per shift. Club members would be discussing Rotary projects in the area with judges and the general public and handing out small gift bags of sunflower seeds to plant or feed the wildlife.

If you are available to assist here are the shifts:

1) 6 to 7:30pm  2) 7:30 to 9pm

Please email, text or call me if you are able to take a shift at our booth. I think this is a terrific opportunity to showcase our club and Rotary's committment to the environment.

Yours in Rotary
